Just finished the friday prelim session.
I swam the 100 breaststroke this morning and dropped .01 from my best time I went in Charlotte. I am very excited about the swim, mostly because I was swimming on a short rest at Charlotte and I didn't take any rest for the meet this weekend. Right now I will swim again tonight, but there are still a few of the slower heats to go so nothing is final. On an unrelated note, we missed team USA's game this morning in the World Cup. I heard it was an amazing game that ended in a disputed call against USA. I am glad USA tied up the game, but it sounds like a hard finish to stomach. Will update more later.
